Hi all,
I have applied for H1B 2013 from employer A. And I just saw an online update that they had sent me an RFE. However, in the meanwhile, I received an employment offer from Employer B. However, as we know the cap limit for 2013 has been reached. So, only option I have is to actually receive an approval from my current employer application A. And then transfer to B.
However, now that I have to rush through this process I was wondering if I can upgrade for Premium along with submitting RFE documents. Is it possible? Will I be eligible to get a response within 15 days from the day of submission of RFE response?
After receiving an approval for Employer A, how soon I can apply for transfer for Employer B.?
