L2 EAD going to expire
Hi ,
I am working on L2 EAD which is goin to expire in November 2012.
My employer has applied for my H1B but USCIS has sent an RFE.
My husband's company has also applied for our L1 L2 extension.
But I am concerned about that if my EAD will be expired and by that time I will not
get my H1 B or L2 then can I continue to work or I need to take a break unless
I'll either get an H1B or L2 EAD?
Another thing is that can I apply for L2 EAD while L1 L2 is still applied not yet approved?
What will be my status if I will get H1B as well as L2?
