H1 Transfered H4 extension I539 processed changed mind
Hello ,
I got offered from company x and they processed my H1B Transfered (got receipt ) and for dependents H4 visa I539 filled and got courtesy notices from USCIS.
Now I changed my mind and continue to work for current employer, so
1. Can I continue to work for current employer as nothing happend .?
2. For dependent new employer filed I539 , so I need to inform current employer for I539 , if I tell them they will get to know abt H1B transfer and may create some issue for me ? do I need to agin transfer the I539 to current employer?
3. Do any time I and my family face problem if any of us travel outside USA for vacation and come back again ? Can we travel alone like my family goes first or I go alone ...any combination ?
4. New employer only informed they got receipt number , but I don't have ? Do I need to ask for latest I797 or continue to travel with latest salary slip and current employer I797.
