US visa interview - no dates in November - Chennai

Does anyone know if dates for January 2013 in Kolkata are open yet? I saw dates till 31st Dec today. When do new dates open up?

I don't think dates for January 2013 are opened yet. Can you please see if 3rd and 4th December are available in Kolkata/Delhi?

Are there are dates in November for Hyderabad consulate in particular and all consulates in general? I am looking for some date in Nov 15th to 25th time range. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I believe Delhi had quite a few b/w 11/15 and 11/25.

Do dates differ for different visa types ? I need to get a F-1 stamped.

It may be possible. Usually visitor's visa appointments are separate than the rest. Can't say for sure if it varies for other.

Today evening at 7 pm PST dec 21st 7:30 am slot opened and I took an appointment for my husband .., I advice all of you to check out for appointments once in early morning , afternoon and evening if you are looking for appointments in the month of December ...

I just checked and only Nov 23, 27, 29, 30 are open. You were lucky I guess! Have been checking on and off - still nothing in Dec for me!
