Should I interview

Dear Forum,

How are you doing? I have March 2013 on my I 94 from my previous employer. I am now on a new H1b with my current employer. I have not visited India since I changed to the new job. I have plans to visit India in November. In that case, should I have to interview at US Embassy in India during my visit? What will happen if I comeback to USA without interviewing at the US Embassy? Your info will be very helpful. Thank you, Raghavesh

Is your Visa valid on the day you plan to return? If yes, you don't need to apply for the Visa.
