H1B Transfer Question

Hi,

Currently I have a H1-B visa for Company A till 2013.

However, I am currently working with Company B now with my H1-B visa transferred since start of this year. I haven't gone out of US to stamp my VISA with new company yet.

I am planning to change my job to Company C.

I have two options:
1. Take the new job offer, get them to transfer my visa to company C. Resign with my current Company B and then go to India for stamping with C. Come back to US.
2. Go to India while still I am in Company B. get my visa stamped with company B. Hold of the transfer of visa with C till I return back?

Let me know as I am inclined towards option 1 but that sounds little risky?

If any more information is needed from my end. Do let me know?

As long as you hold a valid VISA(not expired) and valid H1 Petition(either new or old), There is no need for you to appear for stamping.
