H1 transferred but can not join the company

Hi,

I am working with company A and got an offer from Company B. Company B starts my H1 transfer and it is done.

But now because of some reason I can not join company B and need to continue with Company A only. Is it possible not to join company B even after they took my H1 on their name?

Will I have any obligations from Company B if I do not join them after accepting offer and H1 transfer?

As long as you are working for Company A under their payrolls, you should not have any problem.
