I've read somewhere that if you going to Canada or Mexico for less then 30 days, you don't have to obtain a new visa stamp and will able to re-entry to the US with I797 and same I94.
My visa got expired but I'm still in status till end of 2013 (and I94). Is there will be any problem if I want drive from lower 48 to Alaska through British Columbia?
