H4 and H1 Process

Hi,

I came US on H4 then after got a job and initiated and got my approved H1B last year. Its Valid till November 2012. Now I would like to go back to H4. In the mean time while H1 to H4 convertion time Can I able to re apply H1 if I get a job in middle. Kindly Advice.

What do you mean get a job in middle? Arent you currently working and getting paid? If you are not, it might be difficult to get H1 to H4 COS approved as you are out of status. One should get paid if on H1 . Jumping from one status to another before a transfer is approved is not advised. It gives rise to lot of complications. One should avoid having multiple COS pending with the USCIS at the same time.
