    H4 Application when H1B is under amendment

    Hi All,

    I want to apply for H4 visa for my wife, but my H1B is under amendment and will take another 3-4 months to get done. Will I be still able to process my wife's H4 Visa.
    Has anybody gone through such situation.

    Please guide me here.
