I have a valid B1 to travel US for the next 10 years. I have already been to the US once before 4 years. I am planning to travel this March to see if I can come over there to the US on a visit and try to obtain a H1 during that time I stay there in the US for a period of 3 weeks provided I get a prospective employer who should be interested in me. Let me know if India is a better option for filing the H1 or staying here in the US itself during that time is a better option for filing H1. I also need to know once I file it from the US, would I be in a position to travel to India immediately too.
