H-1B degree requirement
Hello,
Is it possible to sponsor an employee for an H-1B for a professional job even if the employee does NOT have a bachelor degree? USCIS says that one of the requirement is for the beneficiary to have a bachelor degree. What if that person has over 30 years of experience in the professional field of work? Can we replace bachelor degree with experience? What would USCIS require in this case? Have you encountered this issue before?
