COS from H4 to H1 (H1 Petition is filed from India and approved)

Currently I am in USA on H4 visa. My company had filed the H1B from India while I was working in India. Now my H1 petition is approved.

Question 1) Can my company file for COS ?
Question 2) Can I start working without going back to India?
Question 3) Do I need my visa stamped to start working in USA?

-- Yes, but only after COS is approved
Question 3) Do I need my visa stamped to start working in USA?
-- No as above.
