URGENT : Changing company just before travelling to US

Hi,

I have got my H1 extension done starting October 1st. I am planning to change my job and hence get my H1 transferred to new company.

But I also need to travel to India in January for a month and will have to go for visa stamping. But as I would go india immediately after changing job, I would not have any payslip of the new employer.

Is it fine if I show payslips of my older employer but petition with new employer during interview? Or will it create some confusion/complication and impact my stamping?

Any input on this would really be helpful.

Do you need to stamp if your current H1-B visa is still valid?

I have just got my H1 extension done. So if I go out of India, I need to get visa stamped.

Can anybody help me in the query which I have posted in first post?
