URGENT - New H1b stamping with old employer H1 still valid. what if....
Hi Senior Members,
Could someone please answer the below question at earliest with their expert opinion.
- My H1 from Company A is still valid till end of Dec 2012. I transferred to Company B in April 2012 and have a valid I797 A.
- Can I re-enter US if I go for a vacation using my old H1 before 31 dec 2012?
- If i go for stamping for the new H1 with the new company B, and it goes into admin processing or gets delayed for some issues, can I re-enter US with old company H1? I am planning to go for stamping before 31 Dec 2012.
