H1 Cap-Exempt eligibility
Hi,
My current employer filed H1 for me during 2008 and H1 Petition approval recieved and expired on 20-Jul-2011. I have not travelled to US with approved petition and visa stamping is not done too.
Now, I want to apply for H1 thru other Emlpoyer B . DO I need to wait for next year cap opens? or am I eligible for cap-exempt application this year?
