H4 Visa supporting documents
Hi Friends!
I've Got H1B visa and i came to US last month. My Family (wife and son) is in INDIA. Am going to file H4 Visa process for them.
The supporting document section says,
"Pay stubs from principal applicant's current place of work and income tax return (if the H1 holder is already working in U.S.) "
I have only one month payslip and one month bank statement with me now, Will it be enough to file H4? Kindly tell me your suggestions. Thanks.
