Do we need to book visa appointment in consulate that is mentioned in I797B

Hi ,

I have got H1B petition documents and found the CONSULATE mentioned as CHENNAI. But I am residing in Hyderabad and it is easy for me to apply in Hyderabad. Should I book appointment only in CHENNAI Consulate as mentioned in I-797B or I can book in Hyderabad consulate also?
