H1B interview at Mumbai consulate - new application process etc.

Has anybody recently attended the visa interview (after september) with the new process using the website - ustraveldocs.com/in?

My question is:

1. What documents do you need to carry with you for the interview?
2. What is the appointment letter?
3. Do you need to submit anything to the consulate before you attend the interview? I remember earlier you needed to submit a printed copy of your DS-160 confirmation.

The website is very scant on the details...
