I am on H4 currently and applied for my H1 with COS. I got n RFE and did not get any response yet. I will have to travel to India next year in MAY. Can I come back to the US on H4 if my H1 is approved now? In case I can come back to the US on H4, what do I need to do after coming so that I can start working? Will I fall into cap exempt H1b? Currently my H4 visa on my passport has expired. PLEASE HELP
