File DS160, can I put the Agent's name as who filed the H1B application?

Hi,

I am currently holding a H1B visa, and about to go back to China on Dec. When I filed the DS-160, it asks for who filed the H1B application petition. My company hired an agent to file that for me. Can I list the agent name as who filed the petition?

I think you should and I don't see foresee any harm in doing so as long as you know that all the information provided is accurate. FWIW I completed my wife's DS-160 and I put in my name in there. We haven't gone for interview yet.

Thanks for this info. When is your interview? Yeah, I agree that this may not be that critical, especially every document is signed by the agent.
