Hey,
Worked in USA for around 3 years out of which I was not paid well due to global recession in 2008(out of 6 months.. all 6 months I was not paid.. did not have to tax returns) and 2009 (only half salary was paid) much lesser than what company filled my first petition before leaving from home country. when economy was recovered well in '10 they paid me as per petition... but I quit the company and came back to home country in the same year..... After a couple of years current company in my home country has sponsored me h1b that has 100% visa successful rate.. (I chose good company this time due to past bad experience ).. can I expect successful visa stamping this time or due to issues with 2008 and 2009 any chances of visa being denied this time?
thanks in advance for your help.
