Greetings... Thanks for all the people in this forum who are patiently answering most of the questoins!!
I have a question:
I am employed with company A now and I have got an offer from company B and they are planning to initiate H1B transfer on November 14th 2012.
I have a valid visa stamp on my passport with company A name on it valid until May 2014.
Company B will apply for H1B transfer in premium mode. I will start working in the new company B once i receive H1B transfer receipt probably i will start working on December 1st.
Now it is mandatory for me to go to India on December 15th and come back on January 2nd.
1) Will there be any issue at POE without having a single payslip from the new company? (I heard that we need to show atleast 1 payslip from the new company which i might not have.)
2) Is there any risk in the above process?
3) Also, If transfer is initiated under premium processing on November 14th will i definately get the new approved petition by December 21st??
Also, Please let me know anything else i need to take care or consider before i plan something.
