Validity of Visa Fee Payment via NEFT

Hi,

I am aware that the validity of the HDFC visa fee receipt was one year. Does the same apply to NEFT as well? If I make the payment through NEFT and receive the receipt number, will the receipt number be valid for a year? Does anyone know if it is mentioned anywhere on their website?
