Hi, I came to US on F1 visa 5 years ago and I completed my masters in 2008. Since Oct, 2009 I am on H1 Visa and recently in Sep, 2009 my first term H1 visa expired. I have applied for renewal and now visa is rejected. My questions are below:
1. Can I apply for H1 through another company ( I am on a project now)?
2. How long am I allowed to stay in US (I got visa denial notice yesterday)?
3. I am planning to take admission in a college to do my ph.d. But till january, am I allowed to stay in US?
Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.
