Hey I got my H1B in April 2012.My H1B started in OCT.I applied for my LCA and got it on Oct 4th.When I asked client letter for H1B amendment , client mentioned original start date of My contract which is Aug 20th,2012. So, as start date is in Aug and LCA is in OCT 2012,will there be any problem if I apply my H1B amendment with this same letter? Or do I need to ask my client to mention Start date in OCT.Urgent. Please help me.
