While going for H1 B Stamping- Work location Changed

Hi ,

Can some body help on this, below is my situation:

I got an RFE for my H1 petition, so we have submitted Manager letter and Client letter with

1. Manager X
2. Work Location X
3. Project X
and petition got approved.

Now my work location & Manaer got changed for the same client and Project and I got a new LCA for the new work location.
I am going for H1-B Stamping in a couple of days is it going to be a problem as there is a difference in work location?
