Same End Date & Start Date while switching Employers on H1-B

Hi,

My End date with my current employer is same as my start date with new Employer.
My current Visa status is H1-B and I am switching between employers. I am starting with new employer on the base of H1-B receipt no.
Please let me know if there is any issue with Same dates.

Technically that may count as concurrent employment. Can you not join on the next day?

Also, I hope you are aware of the risks of joining only based on receipt. If the new employer's petition is denied, you will be out of status.
