Hello friends,
Need some advice.
I travelled to Canada from USA (by air) and no one took off my I-94 from my passport. Now I have to go to India from Canada without going back to US in a few days for vacation and get my H1-b visa stamped at the New Delhi consulate. would that be a problem if I leave it in passport at the time of interview? should I take it off? Also I have the I-94 on the, I-797, H1-b application approval notice as well......
Appreciate any help and suggestions.
