H1b visa

Hi All

Can anyone please let me know where i can use the same VISA which is valid till MARCH 2014 to travel for a new company, when i have left the company through which i got the VISA?

The new company will first need to file a petition for you (it will be cap-exempt) and after that is approved you can use the new petition and the same existing Visa in your passport to travel.

Yes. The new employer can request up to a maximum of 3 years.
