H1B transfer-urgent
Hi,
I've been woking on H1 in company A for 2yrs. I got an offer from company B and have been asked to join asap and I also want to change asap. Company B has filed the H1b transfer but has not received the receipt from INS . I need to give Company A 2 weeks notice. Now if i resign now and if i get the recepit after my last working day at Company A ( eg. my last working date is 5th Aug and i get the receipt on 8th Aug) would that be a problem. Should i leave company A only after i get the receipt no#.
