I-94 on approval of notice form I-797 before Visa interview

Hello friends,

Need some advice.

I have my interview for H1-b visa stamping at the New Delhi consulate in a week. I realised I did not surrender the I-94 (bottom right part on the I-797 approval notice) while leaving USA. Would that be a problem if I leave it in the notice at the time of interview? should I take it off?

Did anyone went for the interview with that I-94 still attached to their I-797 or even their passport?

Appreciate any help and suggestions.
