I am on L1B with Employer A - both petition and i94 expiring mid 2013.
Employer B applied for H1B with COS in 2013 quota and it got approved and I have copy of i797a. I did a leapfrog on start date and am back in L1B.
Now Employer C is interested in filing a cap exempt H1B with immediate start date using Employer B's approval receipt number. Note that I have never been on H1B status.
Has anyone successfully done this before? Any help is greatly appreciated.
