Dates not updated

I have seen many times for many cases that the dates sometime don't move for months.....I am not saying this will happen to your case, but its something that does happen and like you said, its just about patience!!

I am not talking about my case, I am telling in general. I did not see any update after June 11 to ANY case not just me. That's actually interesting.

Members in this forum are very active, if anyone received an update, usually they inform others, but looks like noone's date got updated that is something strange.

I just came across a case updated on 19th adn 20th June.. This case was aslo created on 29th Dec.. just above my case on the list.... so just checkd it and found the Statsu update changed for the first time but the Status is still AP

I either think they are clearing up old cases or the update you mentioned might not be from Hyderabad consulate, I could be wrong, the chances are high.

One more thing, I was randomly checking few cases for Hyderabad, and I saw "Refused status" for many cases updated on Jun 11 (case creation is May 02 2013). May be I am reading too much....

Hope things will be better...

I am mentioning everything abt Chennai ..am a Chennai Victim..The same case mentioned below, changed date as 21 June now... seems like some bug in the system,,as the date changed to current even before the consulate opened for the day ..9am

Folks,
Do not worry about anything that shows "refused" on CEAC. I saw that too and it was confirmed by more than a few people multiple times from DOS that as they are integrating multiple consulate info's on their website, an incorrect case status is being shown for some. They also confirmed that a majority of fiance and H4 dependent visa's were affected. Hence even if CEAC shows "refused", call the DOS for a more accurate status from the "admin" side.....I know about this cuz I am a victim too....

my status showed refused on May30th...I freaked out and called them. Thats when they confirmed it was still pending etc....actually the update date also changed after that with still an incorrect "refused" showing on CEAC. That is the reason the only way i can get accurate info/update is by calling DOS which I do atleast once everyday.

I Had given my interview in Oct2012 at Hyd, and it still shows Admin processing. I have mailed to the consulate and they replied new status has been updated. When i check its still the same..not sure whats going on

After your got response from Support TEam, did your status update date change? Also, this was for H4 visa right? It has been 8 months for you.... Its really frustating.. Hope for the best.

No..the dates have not changed..they were same frm the startng...mine is H1..
