Hi , my visa got transfered from company A to Company B, but on my passport still i have my Company A stamping which Expires on AUG 2013..

NOw, the question is..

If i want to travel to india and come back before AUG 2013 , do i need to get stamping from USICS in india ? or i can come with my COmpany A stamping ..?

You can travel till the visa is valid in your passport. No need to go for stamping. You have to carry your latest H1 petition as well as supporting documents such as employment verification letter from current employer. Also do ensure at the POE you get I-94 to match with your latest petition.
