Applied for the position "Solar Design Architect" and they are asking if i am qualified to perform in claimed specialty occupation.
They have asked me to submit the architecture licence , if not temporary licence or a letter from appropriate state licensing agency attesting to the exemption of licence.
They also state that if the state where i will be working allows an individual to fully practice the occupation under the supervision of licensed senior or supervisory personnel in that occupation, provide evidence of such and a copy of the senior or supervisor's license to practice as a member of the profession.
my earlier two successful petitions mentioned "solar design engineer" but my bachelors and masters is in architecture so my lawyer suggested "Solar Design Architect" and hence i got this RFE.
Has anyone got any prior experience in this matter.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
I got my RFE on 8th day of my premium processing , how long should it take to get the approval once we respond to the RFE.
