I work for Oil and Gas Business in houston as mechanical engineer for last 1.5 years.I came in india for H1 b Stamping and had interview on 14 december in mumbai(with My wife H4 B also). Vo ask some basic question and gave me Blue form 221 G.I am direct employee of big oil and gas company which has 9600 employee worldwide.
I have to submit following documents;
From the pettioner
1)A copy of pettion with all supporting documents as filed in usics.......
2)Pettioner income tax return for the last two tax years..................
3)A notarized list of all pettioner employee ................
(I have Question on this My employer have to submit all pettioner employee world wide or only on my facility where i work? Can my employer send me scan copy of all documents and i can submit it here?)
4)A letter of personnel department at the usa job site state that there is vacancy....................
5)A letter from personal department detailing job description...........
6)A detailed and specific description of the internal developmenta project ..........
From the visa applicant( or working family member)
1) detailed professional profile....
(What should I have to include on this? resume ,experience letter..)
2) original documents or certified...
3)Evidenve of previous work experience in the pettione field
4)your federal income tax returns and w2 forms.
Do I have to submit my wife documents also or only mine because I am primarily employee.
If my employer want to send this documents directly to mumbai consulate then I have to submit my visa applicant document seperately ? how this work ? Can my employer send me scan copy to me and I submit those ? Can i submit some extra documents like my badge id , pay stubs and bank statement even if they didn't ask just for more clarification.
