Hi all,
I came to US on f1 visa and worked on opt and have also used opt extension. After that I transferred to L2 as my opt extension expired on mar 12, 2012 and I was on L2 from may 2012 till dec 2012. Now I got my H1 approved. I am planning to get stamping in ottowa, Canada next month . Here is my problem.
1) when I was on L2 I worked without getting my EAD card approved and 2 pay checks were run at that time . Will that be an issue when I go to h1 stamping . If yes what type of document do I have to request from the company I worked .
