Inputs Needed on LCA

Hi All,

I have the H1X interview scheduled next week.. Currently I am receiving 67 K $ per annum.. but as per my LCA maximum wage is 65 K $... so will it cause any problem.. if the VO asks my salary I should say 67K , but what happens if he compares current salary with the LCA in the petition... can I say its due to recent hike ? or they expect a LCA revision to be submitted ? Please advise ASAP...

You should be fine...it is a problem..if pay is less than what is mentioned in LCA..

It's fine as long as it is greater than LCA amount.
