H1b Stamp says Valid till Jan 31 2014; but I changed job since last stamp

Last stamp was made on March 3 2011 and it is written like 'H1B 31 Jan, 2014'. I have not gone back to mother country since March 2011.

And the h1b visa was transferred when I changed job on Jan 2012. Do I need to get a new stamp at the US embassy if I plan to go back in Feb 2013?
