H-1 Stamping

Hi

I have H-1B stamp under a company A, Now i'm transferring my petition to another company B. my question here is , let say if i want to go to home country for a vacation while returning back to US, can i use the same visa which stamped on Company A with new petition or i need to go for another stamping again for the new company B.

Note : My Visa period and passport period is not expired.
