New H1B stamping for US based company

Currently am working for Indian Based MNC, but recently i got my H1B approval from US based company. Planning for a stamping next month.

1. Issue here is, can i go stamping before even i resign my previous employer ?

2. If yes, should i carry the paystubs, work experience of previous employer?.

I am planning to quit once i get the Visa. please provide your advice on it?
