Hi All,
I came to US on L1 visa for Company A. Company B sponsored H1B with COS and was approved.
However, upon request from Company A, I re-entered into US on 2nd Oct to retain my L1 status. Company A promised me for H1 transfer and they initiated the regular process which is in progress now.
Now, Company C is ready to transfer my H1B. Can I proceed with company C while earlier H1 transfer is in process? For Company C, would it be L1 to H1 or H1 to H1 transfer?
What happens if Company A transfer gets approved before Company C’s? Do we see any legal issues with overall process?
Please advice.
