H4 to H1 Visa Stamping

Hi Folks.

I came to US on H4 visa last year.Currently I am on h1 visa with a reputed American company (Big4).
I am planning to go for my h1 stamping.However, I am not sure frrom where I should get my H1B stamping done.
Will Canada will be a safer option than India?

If this is your first time H1 stamping and you dont have a Masters from US then you should get your stamping done in Home country.
