Hi,
I got an H1B visa, worked for the sponsoring company; left the company, was out of status for a short period; found a new potential employer that filed a new petition on my behalf, as a consular H1B while I'm outside of the US.
The new petition got approved while I'm outside the US; and I received the Approval Notice.
My question is: Now that I have the H1B approved, if another company wants to hire me, is it possible to transfer to them my H1B before I re-enter the US and before I started my employment under the company that got me the H1B?
