Visa Concerns?
Dear Immihelp!!
I am working currently on H1b visa (Visa cap exempted as I am a physician). I am moving to a new program in 07/13 and they will be a sponsoring a cap exempted H1b Visa. I want to resign to the current job now and go back to India for a vacation for 5 months and comeback for the new job starting in 07/13.
I want to know if I need to consider any visa concerns.
