one of my friend was given 221(g). The VO has asked to submit "STATEMENT REQUESTING WAIVER OF 6C1 VIOLATION".
He has misrepresented a document in his earlier VISA interview and then he agreed the mistake and gave it written and the case was sent back to USCIS.
Now he went with a new petition. VO has given 221(g) and VO has asked him to submit "STATEMENT REQUESTING WAIVER OF 6C1 VIOLATION".
Can someone help telling what is the process for this waiver.
