Below is the response that I received from VFS (Mumbai-India) office few days ago

Your case has been returned to the Kentucky Consular Center in the United States.
You may contact the USCIS office for further information.
Please consider this case closed at our office.

I called up uscis today they said..we are unable to provide information to applicant
    ask your employer to call...

checked my status on USCIS website at below link

as per the website below response i am getting
    Post Decision Activity

On October 1, 2012, a USCIS office received this case from the State Department with a request that we review it. We will notify you when we complete our review, or if we need something from you.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

After this I sent email to [email protected] but got the following response
Please be advised that the National Visa Center (NVC) has received your inquiry. Unfortunately, we do not have any record of receiving your petition. If your petition was approved more than 15 days ago, please email a scanned copy of your I-797 or I-171 Notice of Action - Approval Notice to [email protected].

So I sent Email to [email protected] but not getting any response on this.

Can someone throw some light on this situation?

It's been almost 2.5 years now since I started my paper work for H1B Visa.

Guys I am suffering from this situation since long time and I really don't know what to do now.

your response will be highly appreciated.

    Thank you.

    Arshad
