Hello All,
I had been to US in Aug 2012 on B1 which expired on Sept 2012 , it was for 3 months. My questions are
1) If I wish to apply for a B1 again now and lets say i do get it and travel for couple of weeks will it effect by H1 b applying this year in 2013
2) If I get hired internally for a position in US within my company and I file for H1 B will it be any concern ? and if I apply when the cap opens in april , can I only work or travel to work after oct 2013 ?
