So my wife had H4 Visa stamping at Mumbai consulate and everything went smooth from start to finish.
She had OFC at 30/12/2012 and visa interview at 01/10/2013
This are the details my wife told me on the phone
Wife : good morning
VO: good morning
VO: so where is your husband
Wife: he is in YYYY I just came alone
VO: which company he works for
Wife : he works for YYYY
VO : can I see your marriage certificate
Wife: gave the document
VO : how many kids
Wife : one
VO : is he US citizen
Wife: yes
Gave the white paper and said read this before you go to USA your visa is approved
She also told me that while VO was talking to here he was constantly looking in the computer doing something
And that's about it any questions pls ask me I will be happy to answer it
